Nescafé Dessert: The Ultimate Coffee Dessert Recipe for Rich, Flavorful Sweets

Coffee and chocolate are heavenly together. The bitterness of coffee just goes perfectly with the richness of chocolate. In this recipe, we are making a custard-style base with both flavors that are smooth and super creamy. Moreover, the Dalgona Coffee topping literally seals the deal, making this dessert ideal for coffee lovers.
Ingredients

Ingredient Notes
- Coffee: We are using the Nescafé Gold blend to get that strong, super-rich coffee flavor that tingles the tongue.
- Sugar: Sugar is like the base of every dessert. We are using enough sugar to complement the rich taste of coffee.
- Milk: Milk is the main base of the coffee custard we are making. We are using full-fat milk to create a more creamy and decadent mouthfeel.
- Cornstarch: It is the thickening agent for the custard. It is ideal for this dessert because it has no flavor and makes a thick custard.
- Dark chocolate: Dark chocolate enriches the dessert and complements the coffee well.
Preparation
For the Coffee Custard:
- In a saucepan, add Nescafé coffee, sugar and cornstarch. Mix them well to incorporate.
- Now, gradually add milk and mix well.
- Place the saucepan on medium to low heat.
- Keep on mixing the mixture with the help of a whisk.
- When the mixture starts to get warm and dark chocolate,
- Keep cooking the mixture until it thickens.
- Pour the mixture into the serving bowls, glasses, or a tray.
- Refrigerate to cool.
the Dalgona base:
- In a cup, add Nescafé coffee, sugar, and hot water.
- Whisk it until peaks are formed.
For the Assembly:
- Cover the coffee custard with a heaping spoon of whipped Dalgona Coffee. Spread out evenly.
For Serving:
- Sprinkle bitter cocoa over the dessert.
- Serve it chill.

Expert Tips
- Ensure the dessert is frozen for at least 3 hours to set.
- When pouring your milk into coffee, sugar, and cornstarch, ensure it is at room temperature. If the milk is Hot, it will form lumps. If the milk is cold, it will take time to make the custard.
- Constantly mix the custard base on the stove with a whisk until thick; otherwise, the custard will get lumpy. In short, you will not get a smooth custard.
- Use a hand mixer to whipto whip the coffee for the the Dalgona base. It will take less time and give you an amazing thick mixture.
- You can use a sieve technique if you don’t have a hand mixer. Add the ingredients to a wide bowl, and instead of a whisk, use a sieve to whip the coffee. It is quick and efficient.
- Always make the Dalgona base at the time of serving. Otherwise, it will get runny and ruin the texture and presentation of the dessert.

- Chocolate: You can top the dessert with chocolate bits or chips.
- Caramel sauce: You can top the dessert with caramel sauce to add a hint of sweetness.
- Nuts: You can add chopped nuts like pecans, hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts, or almonds as a topping. They will add a delightful crunch and nuttiness to the dessert.

Storage
